My Gambling Den Twenty-one Variety Game
I have enjoyed millions of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have wagered on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of funds at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 60 minutes using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet
Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Bet $40
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet
Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
